Week 3 (Phase 3) 18/07/22 to 22/07/22

The third week of teaching practice went well and was full of so many activities. The clubs of the school started functioning and on every day afternoon there was club meetings and activities. There was a quiz program by the mathematics club on 19 th july. All the members of mathematics club and other interested students participated in the quiz program.

On 21 st july the science club of the school celebrated 'moon day'. It was a colour full program. There was a rocket model making competition and a poster making competition. All the students actively participated in the programs. The rockets and the posters made by the students were displayed in the science lab.
 The UP school students also participated in it and they made a small working model of the rocket as well.

The program was a nice experience for us. On Thursday there was another program in the school during the assembly. There was distribution of Keralakaumudi news paper. The news paper was donated by a doctor in the locality.
On the same day our optional teacher came for first round observation. She gave us good comments and suggestions to improve. I could complete 11 lesson plans this week.
The week was productive and interesting as it was filled with so many activities.

World Wide Web The web was created in 1989 by English scientist Sir  Tim Berners-Lee , working at CERN (The European Organization for Nuclear Research) in Geneva, Switzerland. Since then, Berners-Lee has played an active role in guiding the development of web standards (such as the mark-up languages in which web pages are composed), in recent years has advocated his vision of a Semantic web. The first web browser was invented in 1990 by Sir Tim Berners-Lee. His browser was called World Wide Web and later renamed Nexus.By 1991 the World Wide Web was open for business. The introduction of www accelerated the growth of internet. The concept of www got accelerated with the creation of a web browser with graphical user interface for the web. Mosaic (1993) was one of the first graphical web browsers.  Netscape, was the first commonly available web browser with a graphical user interface. 1998: Web publishing tools are now available, issuing an emergence of blogs.     ...
